It's not hard to remain happy

On good days you appreciate everything in life and all concerning life. Possibly a day when something incredible happens and you aren't able to stop smiling. When you feel good like described you hope that every day could feel that way.
When these days occur you pay attention to how exquisite those trees smell when you go down the road. You gaze at the sky with a grin gracing your visage and simply love every single bit of it.
There isn't time to consider about problems when you are like this. Your brainwork all centre round nice subjects and what is perfect in life. You want that feeling to be around as long as can be and you won't disturb it with negative thoughts.
All of a sudden everything appears so simple and being joyful is a piece of cake. Your thoughts are simply naturally positive with no hard work you have to do. All of it feels natural and delightful to you.
When unhappy thoughts aren't entering your mind it's simple to feel good. Your mind is then able to center on all the positive thoughts. This is something worth remembering on all the various days in life as well.
At the times it feels like a big effort to keep your mind focussed and positive it might be that you're giving it too much work to do. If you have to manoeuvre the bad thoughts out of the way to make space for the happy ones, it is extra effort you need to put towards that. It should be worth the effort but it's more effort than you should have to do.
On the occasions you stay conscious of your thoughts and halt negative trains of thought before they should begin moving, then the path to well-being will feel much more natural to you. The more you do this, the easier it feels.
As you make it easy to feel good, then you'll enjoy life more often. If you make it a enormous task with hundreds of events requiring to happen to be happy then it will never take place.


One small thing which you can do to bring more good times into your time on this planet is to stay present in life. This means that on the occasions you are feeling joyful about something to put all of your mind and focus upon it.
You shouldn't let your mind move onto separate thoughts concerning the time gone by and future. Instead have fun being there and all that is occurring.
If for example you march down to the cinema, savor every bit to do with the experience and don't worry about anything else. Don't worry about the tasks you have later or the cab you have to get on to return back home. stay present and love the big screen experience and the film you chose.
You will get every ounce of satisfaction from the things you like on the occasions you do this. They will feel even more enjoyable than they were previously because your head is fixed onto it. You are much more tuned in with your senses as you stay present and you experience more.
It is a higher standard of living that will bring more happiness into your life. Also it is quite straightforward to accomplish. It may appear challenging at the beginning but after some time you will be able to concentrate on one single thing at one time with your full attention.
Provide everything your unrestricted attention. When a family member is talking listen to the things they are talking about instead of thinking about the remainder of the day or what you want to be doing.
All of these are small changes but they make you feel positive and clear your head of worries. If you're totally focussed on one thing your head is not concerned about the future nor the worries to do with it.


At times there are lots of concerns moving through your mind you may have to do things more sudden to stop the mode of thought. Giving an example you could go for a quick sprint or switch on some music to disrupt the old cycle of thinking.
It is a swift method to switch what you're focussing on. Concentrate on the sounds. turn on feel good music that you adore and just focus on the music and the terrific feelings that they can give you.
When you've completed this for two or three minutes, it should become easier to concentrate your thoughts once more. You have given your mind a path away from the troubling thoughts and now it will be easier to stay present.
Alter the things you're doing whenever there are many detrimental thoughts that you're experiencing difficulty stopping. one or two minutes with music or doing something different will get you into a chipper state of mind as you want.
It is more appropriate to change what you're doing for a few minutes than to waste hours in unhappy thoughts and feelings. You may not enjoy disconnecting yourself but as long as it is not too troublesome to do so, it is usually the superior option to take.
Keep in mind that bad thoughts can proliferate rapidly and so if you do not do something about them, you may end up feeling more beastly than before. A swift change of activity can also effect a metamorphosis of thoughts quickly and make your mind think about different things.
The speedier you can change what is taking place the better. The more you're entrenched in negative thought, the trickier it can be to climb yourself from it.
Feel good thoughts they work in a similar way. Once you begin with several of them it is usual to find more of them. It might take a tiny bit of effort to begin with but the propulsion should keep itself travelling so you will find yourself on a roll of happy thoughts pretty quickly.
Clearly it looks pretty manageable on a computer screen, but you still are obliged to do it at the times it crops up in real life. That's the time the self-control is required and if you manage to do that, you'll be feeling good much more regularly. Therefore it's over to you to take ation on what you've taken in here in your own life and to reap the rewards from it.
